Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. Who provides the service
Pet Life Manager is an online organiser for pet records, routines and memories. These terms apply to your use of the app. Mandatory consumer protections remain available and take priority over conflicting terms.
2. Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate account details, keep your password secure and use the service lawfully. Upload only information and files you are entitled to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for deciding whom to grant access to your pets.
3. What the app provides
The app helps organise information, scheduled care, charts, printable reports and memories. Date reminders are displayed within the app. It is not a veterinary service, diagnostic tool or emergency alert system. The included knowledge guides are a starter collection and do not cover every breed or health issue. Contact a veterinarian for medical advice and emergencies.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Where a paid subscription is offered, its price, currency, billing period, tax treatment and renewal terms are shown before you pay. The amount confirmed at checkout is the amount you authorise. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. Stripe processes payments; your checkout and receipt identify the payment provider or merchant responsible for that transaction.
Access to paid editing features follows a confirmed subscription status. Payment failures may restrict paid features. Reading, exporting and deleting your existing records remain available under the current app access rules.
5. Cancellation, withdrawal and faulty services
You may stop future renewals through Profile & Subscription or contact support. Cancellation and statutory withdrawal are separate requests. See Cancellation & Refunds for the withdrawal form and further information. Your statutory rights concerning a service that does not conform to the contract are preserved.
6. Your records and the service
You retain your rights in the material you upload and permit us to process it to provide the service. You can export records and download attachments. Keep copies of important documents. Availability can be affected by maintenance or technical interruptions; the service is not a substitute for your own emergency records.
7. Changes, suspension and ending use
We may address security incidents, unlawful use or material misuse, and will give reasonable notice where appropriate. Material service or price changes will be communicated before they take effect, together with relevant choices and cancellation rights. No term excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Contact and disputes
Contact the business above to raise a complaint. Applicable mandatory consumer law and your rights to bring a dispute before a competent court remain unaffected.
