Privacy Policy

Who is responsible
The operator above is responsible for the personal information processed to provide Pet Life Manager. Contact us for privacy questions or requests.
Information we process and why
- Account name, email and login information: to create and secure your account and provide the service you request.
- Pet records, files, sharing permissions and notes you enter: to store, display, export and share information according to your instructions. Records may include personal information about owners, family members or contacts. Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information about people.
- Subscription identifiers, payment status and service communications: to administer billing and support. Stripe handles payment details; the plugin does not store full card numbers.
- Technical and security information, including authentication attempts and server logs: to protect the service, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.
We rely on performance of our contract for the service, legal obligations where records must be kept, and legitimate interests for proportionate security and service administration. Optional processing requiring consent must be separately explained before it starts.
Who receives information
We use our website hosting provider (Hostinger), payment provider Stripe, and the services needed to deliver account and support messages. People you grant pet access to can see the relevant shared records and files. We do not make your pet records public through the Blog.
Where a service provider processes personal information outside the EEA, applicable transfer safeguards must be used. Contact us for details of the providers, processing locations and safeguards that apply to your account.
How long information is kept
Records remain in your account until you delete them or request deletion, subject to necessary legal and security retention. The app’s Delete My Profile action removes pet-app records; it preserves the underlying WordPress account, which may be shared with other services. Contact us to request deletion of that account. Download attachments separately before removing records.
Contact us for the retention periods applying to hosting backups, security logs and legally required billing records.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us to exercise your rights or complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before providing account information.
