Stop a subscription renewal
Open your workspace, choose Profile & Subscription and select Manage / cancel subscription. Stripe Managed Payments customers manage their subscription through Link. If you cannot access billing, contact support using the details below. Your billing portal and receipt confirm the effective cancellation date and remaining access.
Withdraw from an online contract
EU consumers generally have 14 days from concluding a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Statutory exceptions or charges for a service started at your express request may apply. We do not treat use of the app alone as an automatic waiver of your statutory withdrawal right.
Use the form below or send a clear withdrawal statement to support. Include your name, account email, the service ordered and the contract or payment date. Where a refund is due under your statutory rights, it will be handled without undue delay and within the applicable deadline, normally within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Problems with the service
Contact support with the issue and relevant dates. Any right to a remedy, price reduction, termination or refund for a service that does not conform to the contract remains available. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
